GREENWORKS’s regenerative incinerator system has high energy efficiency and uses a multi-chamber structure. Each chamber alternates between suction and emission modes. The basic mechanism of a regenerative incinerator is to bring the emission gas including volatile organic compounds to a combustion temperature of 760 - 850˚C. When this temperature is reached, the volatile organic compounds will be emitted into the air in a harmless form of CO2 and H2O.
GREENWORKS’s Regenerative Incinerator displays 99% decomposition rate and with a high heat collection rate over 95%, it reduces the fuel consumption. In particular, in the case of 3% LEL, there is no consumption of fuel.
189 types of specific air pollutant emission may be reduced by 95%.
A regenerative incinerator is ideal for a case with high flux and low concentration (LEL below 10%).
Moreover, GREENWORKS’s regenerative incinerator system has a wide range of possible utilization, practically for all types of emission gas.
