The general mechanism of catalyst incineration is to make the emission gas including volatile organic compounds to come up to the reactive temperature of 250 - 400˚C. At the appropriate temperature, the volatile organic compounds may be emitted into the air in the form of harmless CO2 and H2O. The reason this procedure is possible at a low temperature of 250-400˚C is because the active energy needed for incineration is reduced by the catalyst.
It is smaller and lighter than a common heating incinerator.
low operation cost and high efficiency
As the catalyst toxin shortens the life of the catalyst, the decomposition rate becomes reduced.
Very Effective When the Concentration of Ill-odor Inducing Gas and Volatile Organic Compounds is Low (4~5g/Nm3)
