The initial structure of a regenerative catalyst incinerator was adapted from a regenerative incinerator. The biggest advantage of a regenerative catalyst incinerator is that fact that it may maintain the efficiency at the same level but bring a considerable reduction in operational costs.

While the regenerative catalyst incineration system of GREENWORKS possess the same mechanism of a regenerative incinerator, it operates at a considerably lower temperature of 350˚C compared to a common regenerative incinerator at 815˚C. By using a catalyst, it may reduce the active energy generated during the combustion process of volatile organic compounds.
The regenerative catalyst incinerator of GREENWORKS displays 99% decomposition rate and reduces the fuel consumption with a high heat collection rate of 95%. In particular, in the case of 3% LEL, there is no fuel consumption.
Since it operates at a low temperature, a regenerative catalyst incinerator has a lower emission of nitric oxide compared to a regenerative incinerator.
A regenerative catalyst incinerator is ideal for a case with high flux and low concentration. (LEL below 10%)
It is more economical with simple operation and easy maintenance.
As the catalyst toxin shortens the life of the catalyst, the decomposition rate becomes reduced.
