Separated particles A are blown into the air dispersed or transferred in the form of leaping or partial pulsation.
As a feeder, the rotary V/V or screw feeder is used in general.
As a collector, in the case of separated particles, cyclone/cyclone and bag filter are used together / bag filter is used.
As for the transfer method, it is suitable when the systems transfers from one spot to many spots.
For a smooth flow of separated particles that are fed from the feeder, an ejector is installed.
Super low speed (1-10m/s)/high pressure transportation is
possible.
There is no physical change of the processed
substance, such as breaking, dispersion, and
concentration.
Since a super low speed / high pressure transportation is possible, there is almost no abrasion.
Air consumption is low.
Collection facility can be minimized and may be omitted according to the processed substance.
The facility cost is inexpensive, and the height of the plant is low.
It is ideal for collecting particles from many spots to one spot.
